Classic hamburgers and batter-dipped fries attract fast-food fans to this drive-through restaurant..
In Short
Founded in the south in the 1980s, this chain is based on the idea of offering good food and drive-through convenience. Hamburger options include a basic single-patty burger and the two-patty Big Buford. There menu also features chili dogs, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches, batter-dipped spicy fries and shakes. The red-and-white restaurants are known for having two drive-through windows and no interior seating. However, many locations offer walk-up windows and outside seating at picnic-style tables.

Checkers - a major disappointment.
A while ago, I was at Checkers in Sebastian. They had a special of 2 double chicken sandwiches or 2 singles. I bought 4 sandwiches and paid for the doubles. When I went home there were only single chicken sandwiches.
Today I went to the same Checkers. I ordered a meal with a double fish sandwich. I had a coupon for 2 chili cheese dogs for $2.00. I was charged the regular price and no one told me. I asked the girl, "Did you use the coupon?" She tried again and stated, "The coupon is not working, do you want the coupon back?". I told her" Why are they advertising if they are not going to use the discount?", she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders.
Why is there so much confustion at one particular Checkers? They need to be trained in customer service.
