Treasure Coast Gem. I never knew that just a short drive north of the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach County was the coastal town of Vero Beach. About the only thing I knew about it was that it's the spring training home of the L.A. Dodgers. The town is beautiful and the Sea Spray Inn is a gem so close to all the amenities- including 4 restaurants, that we could walk to. The rooms were tidy and spacious and the kids loved that the sparkling heated pool. The rates are alot more reasonable than what you find further south in West Palm Beach.

A Vero Beach Hotel worth staying at. The Sea Spray Inn is a smaller hotel right near South Beach Park. This park has the widest sand beach in the area. The beaches to the north have a much narrower area of sand.

The rooms are clean and they are all efficiencies. With your own stove and fridge you will save even more than at a regular hotel. If you don't want to cook there are 4 restaurants within walking distance. This is a quiet area of the barrier island and the Sea Spray Inn provides beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and they even have a couple fishing poles you can borrow. They also have a heated pool for when you don't want to go to the beach.

Its 5 stars because of the value. It is a little older but the location and the amenities make it a great choice. Hopefully you can get a room here.
