Rudist Woman!. Went once. Never again. She was extremely rude to me and was running late which apparently is her method of operation.

Rudest woman I've ever met. A woman working here was very rude to my 82 year old mother, screaming at her in front of other people. My mother would never yell back, and just stood there. After waiting 25 minutes for her appointment, she was questioning why she wasn't next, when another person was attended to. My sister and I called to see what had happened, and the woman said our mother had done this (when pressed for specifics) 4 times before--our mother has been a patron of this "salon" for 5 years. Mom has told us that she is frequently late, and often gave her poor service. At any rate, the woman hung up on my sister and me (we never ever raised OUR voices) and when we called back (we didn't realize we were hung up on) she hung up on us again. Unbelievable. I tthink someone needs to park the bus.
