Friendly Hometown Restaurant with the Best Views in the City. Mulligan's is one of the best restaurants in Vero Beach. Imagine yourself sitting and enjoying the ocean views while dining on the best Blackened Mahi or Lobster Salad in town. Wonderful service and great "local" place.
